1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of digital templates ("Meridian Studio") created and sold by [Mal-Hoang Lam] through the Framer Marketplace, Gumroad, Contra, and any other storefront operated by the Seller.
By downloading, purchasing, or using any Template, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. License Grant
2a. Free Templates
Free Templates are provided under a personal and commercial use license. You may:
Use the Template for unlimited end projects — for yourself or for clients
Modify and customise the Template as needed
Use the Template to create websites that are delivered to clients as completed work
2b. Paid Templates
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

3. Restrictions
Regardless of whether a Template is free or paid, you may not:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Template files (including modified versions) as a standalone product
Upload the Template to any other marketplace, template library, or file-sharing platform
Use the Template to create a competing template product
Remove or obscure any attribution or credits included in the Template (unless the Template is explicitly marked as "no attribution required")
4. Ownership
All Templates remain the intellectual property of [Mal-Hoang Lam]. The license granted above does not transfer ownership of the Template or its source files. You own the content you create using the Template; you do not own the Template itself.
5. Support
Free Templates — no guaranteed support. Community questions welcome via [ng.hoanglam1919@gmail.com ].
Paid Templates — includes 30 days of support from the date of purchase for Template-related questions. Support does not cover general Framer usage, custom development, or third-party integrations.

6. Refund Policy
Free Templates
No purchase, no refund applicable.
Paid Templates (Gumroad)
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once a Template has been downloaded.
Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases:
The Template was significantly misrepresented in its description
A technical issue prevents the Template from functioning and cannot be resolved within 14 days of your support request

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
Templates will be error-free or compatible with all Framer versions
Templates will meet your specific requirements
The Template will function identically to preview screenshots or videos across all devices and browsers
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [Mal-Hoang Lam ] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a Template, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Templates after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam (or the jurisdiction in which the Seller is based). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
