We sell templates through third-party platforms, and each platform has its own privacy policy and data practices: Framer Marketplace handles template distribution and downloads

Gumroad handles payment processing and purchase records (gumroad.com/privacy);
Contra handles freelance project agreements and payments (contra.com/privacy);
Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, pending activation (lemonsqueezy.com/privacy).
When you purchase through these platforms, your payment and personal data is handled by the platform — we do not store your credit card information.
2b. Through Our Own Storefront
When you interact with our storefront at [ meridianstudio.framer.website ], we may collect your name and email address (if you submit a contact form or sign up for updates) and general analytics data such as pages visited and time on site, via Framer’s built-in analytics or third-party tools. We do not collect payment information directly — all transactions are processed through Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy.
2c. Email Communication
If you contact us via email for support or enquiries, we retain that correspondence to help resolve your issue. We do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: process and fulfil your template purchase or download; provide support for Template-related questions; improve our Templates based on feedback; and send product updates or new releases (only if you have opted in).
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by the third-party platforms listed above (Framer, Gumroad, Contra, Lemon Squeezy) to fulfil your purchase, or as required by law or legal process.
5. Data Retention
We retain support emails and purchase correspondence for up to 12 months. Data held by third-party platforms is subject to their own retention policies.
6. Cookies
Our storefront may use cookies for analytics (understanding how visitors use the site) and for Framer’s own functional requirements. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. This will not affect your ability to download free templates.
7. Your Rights
